Abstract:

Ústředním tématem diplomové práce jsou dilemata sociální práce v sociálním bydlení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Jednotlivé části se dále dělí na pět kapitol s příslušnými podkapitolami. První kapitola se věnuje bytové politice. Ve druhé kapitole je konkrétně popsána bytová politika na Ostravsku s její historií a aktuálním stavem. Třetí kapitola se věnuje konceptu sociálního bydlení a čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá dilematy sociální práce. Poslední kapitola spadá do výzkumné části jejímž cílem je: Jaká dilemata sociální pracovníci identifikují na poli sociálního bydlení, které je realizováno na území Ostravska? Výzkumná část volí kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii a je v ní popsán cíl, výzkumné otázky, volba výzkumné strategie, výběrový soubor společně s technikou sběru dat, etika výzkumu, limity výzkumu, analýza dat s jejich interpretací a na závěr shrnutí výsledků výzkumu.

Abstract:

The central theme of the thesis is the social work dilemmas in social housing. Thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research part. The individual parts are further divided into five chapters with relevant subsections. The first chapter focuses on housing policy. The second chapter specifically describes the housing policy in Ostrava with their history and current state. The third chapter deals with the concept of social housing and the fourth chapter deals with the dilemmas of social work. The last chapter belongs to the research part, the goal of which is: What dilemmas do social workers identify in the field of social housing, which is implemented in the territory of Ostrava? The research part chooses a qualitative research strategy and describes the objective, research questions, choice of research strategy, sample set together with the data collection technique, research ethics, research limits, data analysis with their interpretation and finally a summary of the research results.
