Nursing Care of an Immobile Patient with Decubitus Ulcers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ošetřovatelská péče o imobilního pacienta s dekubity. Za cíl práce bylo zvoleno informovat čtenáře o dekubitech a detailně popsat kazuistiku 86leté pacientky. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětleno, co je dekubitus, jak se jim dá přecházet a jak se léčí. Nejsou opomenuty ani faktory, které ovlivňují vznik dekubitů a místa nejčastějšího vzniku dekubitů. V praktické části je popsána kazuistika za využití ošetřovatelského modelu dle Marjory Gordonové. V souvislosti se stanovením ošetřovatelských problémů byly vybrány ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA I Taxonomie II. Detailně vyhotovené jsou 3 ošetřovatelské diagnózy: Narušená integrita tkáně, Tělesná pohyblivost a Riziko sníženého objemu tekutin. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is nursing care of immobile patient with decubitus ulcers. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to inform readers about decubit ulcers and to describe in detail the case study of a 86-year old female patient. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, there is a description of what the decubitus ulcer is, how to prevent and treat them. The most common sites where decubitus ulcers occur and the factors contributing to their development are also included. In the practical part Marjory Gordon’s model is used for a description of the case study. The Nanda I Taxonomy II nursing diagnoses were selected based on the nursing problems that had been previously identified. The three nursing diagnoses are processed in detail: Impaired tissue integrity, Impaired physical mobility and Risk for fluid volume deficit. At the end of the thesis there is a practice recommendation.
