Deportation - urgent solution of domestic violence

Abstract:

Předmětná práce na téma: ?Vykázání ? akutní řešení domácího násilí? je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole se zabývám teorií a obecnou stránkou této problematiky, ke kterým patří samotný pojem domácího násilí, jeho znaky, druhy a příčiny. Druhou kapitolu jsem věnovala obětem domácího násilí, zde popisuji násilí páchané na ženách, mužích, dětech a seniorech. Třetí kapitola se zabývá násilnou osobou, typologií a osobností agresora. Ve čtvrté kapitole se věnuji institutu vykázání a roli policie v těchto případech. Druhou, praktickou částí mé práce je průzkum, provedený analýzou dokumentů, kdy vyhodnocením spisů Městského ředitelství policie Ostrava a vygenerováním dat z Evidence trestního řízení byly zpracovány výsledky, které potvrdily či vyvrátily předpoklady o daném problému.

Abstract:

My thesis ? Deportation ? urgent solution to domestic violence, is devided into two main parts. The first theoretical part is devided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with theory and general aspects of this issue, which is the very notion of domestic violence, its characteristics, types and causes. The second chapter is devoted to victims of domestic violence ? I describe violence against women, men, children and seniors. The third chapter deals with the violent person, personality typology and the aggressor. The fourth chapter is devoted to institute deportation and police in these cases. The second, practical part of my work is the research analyzing the files of the Municipal Police Directorate in Ostrava and generating data from the records of criminal proceedings that confirm or refute the assumptions about the problem.
