Abstract:

KOLÁŘOVÁ, Blanka. Fytoterapie a její uplatnění v rámci ošetřovatelské péče. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Renata Procházková. Praha. 2020. 69 stran Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit laické i odborné veřejnosti možnosti, jak využít fytoterapii v ošetřovatelské péči. Z odborné veřejnosti tuto práci využijí především všeobecné sestry nebo nutriční terapeuti. Fytoterapií se rozumí léčebná péče rostlinami, tedy požití čerstvé rostliny nebo užití rostlinného přípravku upraveného do specifické podoby. Teoretická část nastiňuje základy fytoterapie. Pohled na léčbu rostlinami se v průběhu dějin měnil, první částí je tak historické hledisko. Upozorňuje také na to, že léčba rostlinami u akutních onemocnění oproti chronickým potížím má svá specifika. Následuje seznam v ČR registrovaných léčivých přípravků pod dohledem SÚKL a část zabývající se vzděláváním v oblasti fytoterapie. Další části pak popisují základní botanické pojmy a legislativní pohled na fytoterapii. Poslední část teoretické části bakalářské práce se pak zabývá základy sběru, zpracování a pěstování rostlin. Nosná část práce je rozdělena na dvě části – farmakologickou a ošetřovatelskou. Farmakologická část sleduje základní léčivé látky obsažené v rostlinách a lékové formy ve fytoterapii. V základech také popisuje mechanismus účinku fytofarmak, a tam, kde je to možné, prozrazuje postup výroby léčiva v domácích podmínkách. Ošetřovatelská část seznamuje s nejčastějšími fytofarmaky užívaných v jednotlivých medicínských a ošetřovatelských oborech. Informace o přípravku obsahuje indikaci fytofarmaka, dávkování, možné kontraindikace v kombinaci se syntetickými léčivy a nežádoucí účinky, uvádí také, které rostliny můžeme použít v prevenci daných onemocnění, a které naopak není vhodné užívat dlouhodobě. V jednotlivých kapitolách se pak podrobněji zabývá fytofarmakologickou léčbou nejrozšířenějších onemocnění nebo zdravotních potíží v současné době. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vypracování bylinných receptů pro domácí přípravu a jejich uvedení v přiložené brožuře (viz Příloha A).

Praha. 2020. 69 pages The goal of this bachelor thesis is to introduce to lay and professional public possibilities how to use phytotherapy in nursing care. Regarding the professional public this work will be used mainly by general nurses or nutritional therapists. Phytotherapy is understood to be a treatment by plants, it means either consumption of fresh plants or the use of herbal preparation adapted to a specific form. The theoretical part covers the basics of phytotherapy. The view of plant treatment has changed over the course of history so that the first part of this section is dealing with the historical aspect. It also draws attention to the fact that the plant therapy in the case of acute diseases against chronic problems its specifics. Then a list of medicines registered in the Czech Republic by the State Institute of Drug Control follows as well as a part dealing with education in phytotherapy. Following parts describe basic botanical terms and legislative view of phytotherapy. The last part of the theoretical section of the thesis deals with the basics of collecting, processing and growing plants. The main part of the thesis is divided into two sections - a pharmacological and a nursing one. The pharmacological part monitors basic healing substances contained in plants and pharmaceutical forms in phytotherapy. In basic terms, it describes also the mechanism of the effect of phytopharmaceuticals and – where it is possible – reveals the process of preparing drugs under domestic conditions. The nursing part introduces the most common phytopharmaceuticals used in individual medicine and nursing disciplines. The product information includes an indication of the plant remedy, dosage, possible contraindications in combination with synthetic drugs and side effects, it also shows which plants we can use to prevent these diseases and which on the other hand should not be used for the long-term use. In the individual chapters it deals in more details with phytopharmacological treatment of the most widespread diseases or health problems in the present. The output of this thesis is the elaboration of herbal recipes for home preparation and its presentation in the attached brochure (see Annex 1).
