Mafia of post-soviet world, with focus on thieves in law

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty základní informace týkající se dané problematiky. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na základní pojmy problematiky, jako je organizovaný zločin a vor v zákoně. Největší část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na historii, vývoj vorů v zákoně a jejich přítomnost po celém světě, především však v České republice mezi lety 1995–2015. Tato bakalářská práce taktéž objasňuje způsob života ve vorovském společenství. V praktické části je nakonec použita metoda dotazníkového šetření s cílem zjistit informovanost dotazované skupiny o tématu vorů v zákoně přítomných v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce poté bude především definovat samotný pojem organizovaný zločin a s tím související termín vor v zákoně. Na tomto základě text popíše vznik a historický vývoj tohoto společenství.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis summarizes the basic information related to the issue. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on the basic concepts of the issue, such as organized crime and the thieves in law. The largest part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the history, development of thieves in law and their current operation in the world, but especially in the Czech Republic between 1995 and 2015. This bachelor thesis also clarifies the way of life in the community of thieves in law. In the practical part, the method of questionnaire survey is used in order to determine the awareness of the interviewed group about thieves in law in the Czech Republic. The goal of this bachelor's thesis will be to define the concept of organized crime and the related term thieves in law. On this basis, the text will describe the origin and historical development of this community.
