Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rovnováhu v biatlonu při střelecké poloze vstoje a její rozvoj. Obsahuje historii a pravidla biatlonu. Dále jsou zde vyčleněny druhy závodů. Autorka rozebírá jednotlivé složky biatlonu, a sice běžecké lyžování volnou technikou a střelbu, kde důraz je kladen na střeleckou položku vstoje. This bachelor paper deals with the development of stability exercises for the standing position in biatlon. It covers the history and rules of biathlon. The next points are the different formats of the races. The author analysed separated parts of biathlon such as cross-country skiing by free style, and shooting with a focus on the standing position.
