Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybrané společnosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je provést analýzu nákladů podle několika hledisek. Nejdříve z hlediska druhů nákladů a poté dle závislosti na objemu produkce. Dalším dílčím cílem je sestavení nákladové funkce a určení bodu zvratu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the cost analysis and cost management in the selected company. The aim of the work is to analyse the costs based on several aspects. First in terms of cost types and then depending on the volume of production. Another partial goal is to draw up a cost function and determine the break-even point.
