Abstract:

Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v průmyslových podnicích je velmi aktuální a důležité téma, neboť tyto podniky se musejí problematice v tomto směru věnovat a vytvořit takové podmínky, aby své zaměstnance motivovali a spravedlivě odměňovali. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojmy spojené s motivací a odměňováním v obecné rovině. Praktická část determinuje prostřednictvím kvantitativní metody dotazníkového šetření aktuální stav motivovanosti a nejúčinnějších metod odměňování a motivace u zaměstnanců průmyslového odvětví. Cílem práce je popsat metody a nástroje motivace a odměňování používané ve výrobních průmyslových odvětvích, z hlediska jejich druhů, povahy a vyhodnotit jejich účinnost a navrhnout změny, které budou zvyšovat efektivitu a stabilitu. Základním zdrojem bude dotazníkové šetření prostřednictvím, kterého se zjistí, jaké výhody disponují ve výrobních podnicích. Závěr práce obsahuje souhrn zjištěných faktů a návrh pro zlepšení motivovanosti odměňování zaměstnanců výrobních podniků.

Abstract:

The motivation and remuneration of employees in industrial enterprises is a very current and important topic, as these enterprises must address the issue in this direction and create such conditions to motivate and fairly reward their employees. The theoretical part of the work explains the terms associated with motivation and remuneration in general terms. The practical part determines the current state of motivation and the most effective methods of remuneration and motivation among employees of the industrial sector through the quantitative method of questionnaire survey. The aim of the thesis is to describe the methods and tools of motivation and remuneration used in manufacturing industries, in terms of their types and nature, and to evaluate their effectiveness and propose changes that will increase efficiency and stability. The basic source will be a questionnaire survey through which it will be determined what advantages are available in manufacturing companies. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of the facts found and a proposal for improving the motivation of the remuneration of employees of manufacturing companies.
