Abstract:

CÍlem Práce bYlo vYhotovit elektrochemické tranzistory vhodné struktury pomocí sítotiskové technikY a sledovat vliv použitých materiálů na charakteristiky. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy elektrochemických tranzistorů, jejich možných strukfur a probíhající děje při aplikaci napětí. V rámci Praktické Části byly připraveny organické elektrochemické tranzistory. Byly PrověřovánY rŮzné kombinace pou Žitychmateriálů a j ej ich vliv na charakteristiky. Jsou sledovány sPÍnací Poměry rychlosti odezvy jednotlivých vzorků, rezistance kanálu tranzistoru v rámci celých PanelŮ. PouŽitím několika typŮ elektrolytu, bylo zjištěno, jakým způsobem ovlivňují průběh dynamických charakteristik a spínacích poměrů.

Abstract:

The aim of the research was to electrochemical transistor suitable strucfure using screen Printing techniques and control materials used influence on characteristics. The theoretical part describes the tYPes of electrochemical transistors, structures, and state during apptied voltage. In the Practical Part were prepared organic electrochemical transistors. They were tested various combinations of material used and their effect on the characteristics. were check the switching ratios, response speed of the individual samples and channel resistance complete Panels. With using the some type electrolýes was identified which affect the process of the dynamic characteristics and switching ratios.
