Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování přiměřeného zajištění při snižování základního kapitálu společnosti s ručením omezeným. Povinnost poskytnout přiměřené zajištění vyplývá společnosti z § 237 odst. 1 ZOK. Společnost má povinnost poskytnout přiměřené zajištění věřiteli, který včas přihlásí svou pohledávku. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of providing adequate security when reducing the share capital of a limited liability company. The obligation to provide adequate security arises from Section 237(1) of the Business Corporations Act. The company is obliged to provide adequate security to a creditor who files its claim in time.
