Bakalářská práce "Obchodní komunikace a její druhy" pojednává o komunikaci a jejích druzích v obchodní sféře. V jednotlivých kapitolách tato práce seznamuje s prostředky, které jsou používány při komunikaci. Jedna z kapitol je věnována psychologii, konktrétně psychologii osobnosti v souvislosti s obchodní sférou.
