Impact of suburbanization of the regional center Ivančice on the adjacent open landscape and rural area.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj lidských sídel doprovázený migrací obyvatelstva s trvalou změnou pobytu na vybraném příkladu regionálního centra. Tyto změny lze pozorovat i v případě regionálního centra Ivančice, kde postihují převážně příměstskou krajinu s tendencí vzniku rezidenčních čtvrtí. Shrnuje procesy doprovázející rozvoj a sním přicházející změny v sídlech v různých fázích koncentrace. Ukazuje rozdíl poměru zasažení příměstského a venkovského prostoru při polycentrickém umísťování sídel do místních částí. Zaměřuje se na problematiku suburbanizace, jednu z fází změn výrazně ovlivňující regionální poměry, ekonomickou, sociální a environmentální stránku území. Nastiňuje důsledky procesu s dopady na krajinu a životní prostor ve kterém se odehrává. Zabývá se aktéry a jejich vlivem na možný další vývoj v území. V praktické části srovnává stav environmetálních dopadů, především na zemědělskou půdu a její úbytek v důsledku suburbanizace v regionálním centru Ivančice. Zaznamenává výrazné změny v krajině a přilehlém prostoru města se srovnáním úbytku volného prostoru mezi místními částmi a jádrem za posledních 20 let s využitím statistických údajů a geografických informačních systémů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the development of human settlements accompanied by population migration with a permanent change of residence. These changes can also be observed in the case of the Ivančice Regional Center, where they mainly affect the suburban landscape with a tendency to form residential areas. It summarizes the processes accompanying development and the resulting changes in settlements at different stages of concentration. It shows the difference in the ratio of the impact of suburban and rural areas in the polycentric location of settlements in local areas. It focuses on the issue of suburbanization, one of the phases of change significantly affecting regional conditions, economic, social and environmental aspects of the territory. It outlines the consequences of the process with impacts on the landscape and living space in which it takes place. It deals with the actors and their influence on possible further development in the area. The practical part compares the state of environmental impacts, especially on agricultural land and its loss due to suburbanization in the regional center Ivančice. It records significant changes in the landscape and the adjacent area of the city, comparing the decrease in free space between local parts and the core over the last 20 years using statistical data and geographic information systems.
