Práce se zabývá teoreticko-právním úvodem do problematiky doménových jmen, v její další části jsou popsány příčiny vzniku doménových sporů a následně je prostor věnován kategorizaci těchto sporů. The thesis deals with theoretical and legal introduction to domain names, followed by introduction to to the domain disputes and subsequent categorisation of such collisions. The crucial point of my thesis is represented by interpretation focusing on the course of proceedings in accoradance with the Uniform Domain Names Dispute Resolution Policy at the arbitration and mediation centre of WIPO as well …more
