This master's thesis deals with gender stereotypes and prejudices by social workers who work with families. This thesis looks at gender perceptions and stereotypes in social work practices. The goal of the study was to determine how mothers and fathers are constructed as clients in social work to resolve difficult situations in the interactions between family and work life.
