Cílem dané bakalářské práce byla příprava nových inhibitorů butyrylcholinesterasy (BuChE) s potenciálním využitím v léčbě Alzheimerovy choroby. Předkládaná práce je členěna na dva větší celky – teoretickou část a experimentální. Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor Thesis was synthesis of novel butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitors with a potential application as therapeutics against Alzheimer´s disease. Current Thesis is divided into two major parts, i.e. theoretical and experimental part.
