Abstract:

This thesis deals with international trade terms Incoterms. The aim is to bring the essence of foreign trade, the importance and use of international commercial terms, Incoterms. The work is divided into three chapters. The work is supplemented by a list of references and appendices. The first chapter is focused on the theoretical part of foreign trade, and theoretical aspects of foreign trade. The analytical part is the second chapter of the thesis, which analyzes international trade conditions, which inform about the history and current situation of Incoterms clauses. The main research method used was a questionnaire method. At last, the third chapter is the conclusion of work, which summarizes lessons learned and recommendations to the application of the Incoterms.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá Medzinárodnými obchodnými podmienkami, Incoterms. Cieľom práce je priblížiť podstatu zahraničného obchodu, význam a využitie medzinárodných obchodných podmienok, Incoterms. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Práca je doplnená zoznamom použitej literatúry a prílohami. Prvá kapitola je teoretická časť zameraná na zahraničný obchod, teoretické východiská a aspekty zahraničného obchodu. Analytická časť je druhou kapitolou bakalárskej práce, ktorá analyzuje medzinárodné obchodné podmienky, ktoré informujú o histórií Incoterms a súčasnej situácií doložiek Incoterms. Hlavnou použitou metódou výskumu bola dotazníková metóda. V poslednej, tretej kapitole sa nachádza záver práce, kde sú zhrnuté získané poznatky a odporúčania používania obchodných podmienok Incoterms.
