Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo charakterizovať a analyzovať vplyv vonkajších a vnútorných faktorov prostredia na manažérske rozhodovanie. Manažérske rozhodovanie je vďaka rozvoju a vedy, techniky a ľudstva ako takého čoraz viac skúmaným procesom.
