Psychological changes during pregnancy

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme psychickými změnami u žen v období těhotenství. Dělí se na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány fáze těhotenství, tělesné změny, psychické změny a negativní faktory ovlivňující psychiku ženy v těhotenství. V praktické části je kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém jsou rozhovory se sedmi ženami. V praktické části se zabýváme vlivem plánovaného a neplánovaného těhotenství a psychickou podporou partnera v těhotenství.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with changes women experience during pregnancy. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, each trimester is shortly described. Subsequently, it deals with physical changes on the body of a pregnant woman. This part is also linked with psychological effects on the mother. It is shown here that she experiences both happiness and uncertainty. She has to undergo psychological and physical exhaustion among other things. The last chapter deals with psychosocial aspects and it shows very problematic and frequent problems, such as high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy at older women and unwanted pregnancy. The practical part deals with the influence of planned and unplanned pregnancy on the women's psychology. In this part, the partner's support during the pregnancy is also often important.
