Minivolleyball in Physical Education at Primary School

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, do jaké míry učitelé prvního stupně ZŠ znají, využívají a podporují Barevný minivolejbal v rámci svého působení mezi žáky. Navrhnout tréninkový plán pro děti mladšího školního věku a ověřit jej prostřednictvím trenérů minivolejbalu v barvách. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly, z nichž první dvě jsou stěžejní, a proto zahrnují podrobnější informace. Nadcházející dvě kapitoly uvádějí stručně to nejdůležitější. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s volejbalem, který je pro minivolejbal v barvách klíčový a pomůže jim k snazší orientaci v následující kapitole. Ta definuje Barevný minivolejbal se všemi souvisejícími kategoriemi, herními pravidly, ale také doporučením, jak tuto sportovní hru děti učit. Třetí kapitola vymezuje období mladšího školního věku a následující čtvrtá kapitola formuluje základní informace o vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a zdraví. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkumné otázky, jejichž zodpovězení prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, věnovaným pedagogům prvního stupně ZŠ a rozhovory se zkušenými trenéry minivolejbalu v barvách, vede k naplnění cíle práce. Součástí praktické části je navržený tréninkový plán Barevného minivolejbalu, pro kategorii dětí mladšího školní věku. K ověření úspěšnosti tréninkových plánů, byli osloveni zkušení trenéři Barevného minivolejbalu. Navrhovaný tréninkový plán mohou využít učitelé prvního stupně ZŠ nebo trenéři k inspiraci při nácviku minivolejbalu ve výuce. Na základě výzkumného šetření, docházím k závěrům, že přibližně třetina oslovených pedagogů zná a využívá Barevný minivolejbal ve výuce na prvním stupni ZŠ.

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis is to find out what teachers of Primary school to know by using and supporting of the Colorful Mini-volleyball in their work with students. I´ve suggested how design a training plan for children of younger school age and verify it among Colorful Mini-volleyball´s coaches. This work is consisted in two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains four chapters, the first and second are fundamental and we can find there more information in details. The next two chapters briefly presenting the most important things. The first chapter introduces the readers with volleyball, which is the key for Colorful Mini-volleyball and could help them to find better way of the orientation in the next chapter. There is defined The Colorful Mini-volleyball with all related categories, rules of the game, but also with recommendations how to teach children this Sport´s game. The third chapter defines the period of younger school age and the following fourth chapter formulates basic information in the educational area of Man and Health. The practical part includes research questions. The answers of the respondents leading through a questionnaire survey could devoted the Primary school´s teachers. Interviews with experienced coaches of the Colorful Mini-volleyball should lead to meet a target in their work. The part of the practical part is the suggested training plan of the Colorful Mini-volleyball for the children of younger school age. For the verification of the success of the training plans, experienced coaches of the Colorful Mini-volleyball were approached. The proposed training plan can be used by Primary school´s teachers or coaches for inspiration in practicing minivolleyball or in P.E. lessons. Based on the research survey I have made out the conclusion that approximately a third of the addressed teachers know and use the Colorful Mini-volleyball in teaching at Primary school.
