This master thesis is focused on analysis and comparison of 3 different versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, 4.0, 2011 and Online. First part is theoretical and covers CRM, Customer Relationship Management, in general, describes 2 ways how to understand CRM and also mentiones companies producing CRM systems.
