Předmětem bakalářské práce je shrnout poznatky o finančních derivátech obecně a jejich možné využití v podnikové praxi. První část je zaměřena na popis finančních derivátů, jejich charakteristiku, základní dělení a možnosti technické analýzy. The aim of this thesis is in general to summarize knowledge about financial derivatives and their possible utilization in business practice. The first part focuses on the description of financial derivatives, their characteristics, basic cutting and possibilities of technical analysis.
