Ethics and Corporate Governance in the Czech companies

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na identifikace současného postavení konceptu Corporate Governance u organizací podnikajících v českém tržním prostředí, a to prostřednictvím zjištění míry aplikace CG v tuzemských podnicích. Sekundárním cílem je identifikace základních charakteristik a trendů u tohoto konceptu. Praktická část práce čerpá především z primárně získaných dat. V diplomové práce dojde k provedení vlastního výzkumu aplikace Corporate Governance a etického řízení v podmínkách českého trhu. V celé práci tak budou využité následující metody: deskripce odborné literatury, analýza, syntéza, primární výzkum. Primární výzkum se orientuje na získání potřebného množství informací o problematice. Tyto informace v požadované podobě prozatím neexistují, a tak musí být teprve shromážděny. Přínosem práce je určení vlivu Corporate Governance na hodnocení podnikatelské činnosti organizace. A to především za pomoci sběru sekundárních a primárních údajů o celé problematice

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I focused on identification of the current status of Corporate Governance for enterprises operating in the Czech market, through measurement of CG application level in domestic companies. The second objective is to identify basic characteristics and trends of the concept. The practical part of the thesis mainly draws from primary obtained information. In this diploma thesis the research of Corporate Governance application and ethical management within the Czech market is undertaken. Throughout the work there will be used such methods as: description of scientific literature, analysis, synthesis, primary research. Primary research is focused on collecting the necessary amount of data about the issue. Being that such information does not exist in the required form, it should be yet gathered. Contribution of this work is to determine the influence of Corporate Governance on evaluation of business administration, which was mainly done through collection of secondary and primary data on the whole issue.
