Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl ocenit společnost XY s.r.o. ke dni 31.12.2014 a zhodnotit její finanční zdraví a perspektivy. This thesis aims to evaluate the company XY s.r.o. to the date of 31 December 2014 and to assess its financial health and perspectives. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief description of pledge of business share from the perspective of the bank with its advantages and risks.
