Immoral Offences

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mravnostní kriminality. Práce je zejména zaměřena na jednotlivé trestné činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti. Tyto činy jsou rozebrány z hlediska jejich obligatorních znaků a je provedeno srovnání právní úpravy. Pozornost je věnována také osobě pachatele mravnostních trestných činů na dětech i dospělých a jeho motivu. Závěrečná kapitola náleží obětem sexuálních trestných činů, jejich pocitům a následkům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with moral crime. The thesis is mainly focused on individual offences agains human dignity in sexual matters. These offences are discussed in terms of their obligatory character and the legislation is compared here. Attention is also dedicated to the character of the offender who commits moral crimes against children and adults, and his motive. The final chapter belongs to the victims of sexual crimes, their fellings and consenquences.
