Speed of light measurement
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part set speed of light to general physical and historical contexts. The second one resume historical methods of measurement from the 17th century to nowadays. Laboratory measurement of speed of light is described in the third part and the results achieved are also presented.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část zasazuje rychlost světla do obecnějších fyzikálních a historických souvislostí. Druhá část shrnuje historické metody měření od 17. století až do současnosti. Ve třetí části je popsán laboratorní způsob měření a jsou prezentovány dosažené výsledky.
