Importance of the issue of state bonds for state management

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá významem českých státních dluhopisů pro hospodaření státu. V první části nalezneme základní definice, druhy a samotné úlohy dluhopisů. Práce neopomíná ani přiblížit fungování a rozdělení trhu s cennými papíry, na kterém jsou tyto instrumenty obchodovány. V části druhé tzv. Aplikační je kladen velký důraz na zachycení vývoje státních dluhopisů z pohledu obchodovatelnosti, struktury a vztahu ke státnímu dluhu. Tento vývoj je zohledněn v rozmezí let 2009 až 2011. Závěrem hodnotím získané informace.

Abstract:

The paper discusses the importance of the Czech state bonds for state finances. The first section provides basic definitions, types of bonds and the role itself. Work does not forget to come anywhere close to the operation and distribution of the securities market on which these instruments are traded. The second part is called Application placed great emphasis on capturing the development of government bonds in terms of marketability, and structure for public debt. This development is reflected in the period between 2009 and 2011. In the end, I evaluate the information.
