Předložená diplomová práce se zaobírá segmentačními metodami pro analýzu dvourozměrného obrazu. Detailně zpracovává zejména princip poloautomatických segmentačních metod založených na minimalizaci energie modelů, jako jsou aktivní kontury nebo tzv. hadi. This master thesis deals with segmentation methods for 2-D image processing. The principle of semiautomatic segmenation methods based on energy minimalization of models, such as active contours or snakes, are covered in detail.
