Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zneužití platebních karet. V první řadě je třeba popsat historický vývoj platebních karet jako platebního prostředku, které vychází z elektronické a tištěné literatury. Dále bude provedena analýza a porovnání různých typů platebních karet, bezpečnostní metody spolu s popisem všech druhů ověření transakcí provedených pomocí platebních karet. V neposlední řadě bude provedena analýza forem trestné činnosti zaměřené na platební karty. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování doporučení pro chování držitele platební karty, které by mělo snížit riziko podvodného jednání. Součástí této práce bude vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření o používání platebních karet v praxi a popisu typického chování respondenta formou osobního předání tištěného dotazníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the misuse of payment cards. First of all, it is necessary to describe the historical development of payment cards as a means of payment based on electronic and printed literature. In addition, the analysis and comparison of different types of payment cards, the security method together with a description of all types of transaction verification performed by means of payment cards. Last but not least, an analysis of forms of crime related to payment cards will be carried out. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make recommendations for the behavior of the cardholder, which should reduce the risk of fraudulent behavior. Part of this work will be an evaluation of the questionnaire survey on the use of payment cards in practice and a description of the typical behavior of the respondent in the form of a personal handover of the printed questionnaire.
