Práce je zpracována v období těsně po nabytí účinnosti novely stavebního zákona - leden 2013. Poukazuje na rozdíly mezi dosavadními postupy a novou právní úpravou. Je zaměřena na činnosti pracovníka úřadu územního plánování na obci s rozšířenou působností. Zabývá se činností tohoto úřadu, zejména však pořízením územního plánu. The thesis is processed in the period immediately after the effective date of the amendment to the Building Act -January 2013.
