Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je syntéza biologicky aktivních sulfonamidů obsahujících benzthiazolový blok. V teoretické části byly nalezeny vhodné postupy pro syntézu vybraných derivátů a jejich popsaná inhibiční aktivita vůči enzymům. Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the synthesis of biologically active sulfonamides containing benzthiazole block. In the theoretical part, suitable procedures for the synthesis of selected derivatives and their described inhibitory activity against enzymes were found.
