Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá Vlivem sociálních sítí na úzkostné projevy u Generace Z. Práce vysvětluje pojmy a souvislosti spojené vlivem sociálních sítí na mentální zdraví mladých lidí, konkrétně projevující se jako úzkosti. V práci se čtenář seznámí s Generací Z, sociálními sítěmi a jejich pozitivním a negativním vlivem na klinicko-psychologické oblasti života. Hlavním jádrem práce je téma úzkostí, úzkostných poruch, jejich souvislost se sociálními sítěmi, ale také jejich složitá diagnostika a léčba. V poslední části práce propojuji vybrané téma se studijním zaměřením a věnuji se roli sociálního pracovníka v práci s úzkostným klientem. Závěrem mé práce překládám způsob první možné pomoci s psychickými problémy a to konkrétně wellbeing aplikace, které mohou nejen sociální pracovníci doporučovat svým klientům.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Influence of social media on anxiety among Generation Z. The thesis explains the concepts and contexts associated with the influence of social media on the mental health of young people, specifically manifesting as anxiety. In this work, the reader gets acquainted with Generation Z, social media and their positive and negative impact on clinical and psychological areas of life. The main core of the work is the topic of anxiety, anxiety disorders, their connection with social networks, but also their complex diagnosis and treatment. In the last part of the work I connect the selected topic with the study focus and I deal with the role of a social worker in working with an anxious client. At the end of my work I translate the method of first possible help with mental problems, specifically wellbeing applications that not only social workers can recommend to their clients.
