Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v České republice a Evropské unii. V první kapitole jsou přiblíženy základní definice. This thesis deals with consumer protection in the Czech Republic and the European Union. In the first chapter are described basic definitions. Chapter Two discusses the beginning of consumer protection and then gets to the current legislation.
