The Internal Logistics of Company
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje stávající způsob navážení materiálu na montážní linku v tzv. KLT přepravkách pomocí využití kanbanových karet v podniku Škoda Auto a. s. závod Kvasiny a řeší náhradu tohoto systému systémy jinými. Tyto systémy (HDT, BMA a NB) jsou v práci podrobně popsány a zhodnoceny na základě jejich přínosů pro podnik.Abstract:
This work describes existing way of importing materials to assembly line in so-called KLT transport box using KANBAN cards in company Škoda Auto a. s. plant Kvasiny and it solves replacement of this system for another. These systems (HDT, BMA and NB) are described in detail in this work and are evaluated on the grounds of their contributions to the company.
