Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje zajištění a vymáhání daní v návaznosti na změny právní úpravy daňového řádu v souvislosti s rekodifikací soukromého práva. V úvodních kapitolách se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku vymáhání a zajištění daní. This thesis is dedicated to securing and recovery of taxes in relation to legislative changes of the Tax Code in connection with the recodification of private law.
