Abstract:

The Design Hotel is a relatively new direction in Hospitality. These hotels are small, hidden from the public, they are unique. The combination of outstanding design, color scheme, materials and brand furniture is a half of success. The second half belongs to team members, hotels mission, vision, values, understanding of the market and clear targets, the approach of the management, which is focusing on delivering unique and distinctive services. Using the marketing tools, architectural and design tips the uniqueness of this direction will be established. Josef Hotel Prague is described in the thesis, also analysis of its market and customers based on the niche market, estimation its further potential on the market. The final proposal on improvement that would be efficient to implement is shown.
