Abstract:

Předložená práce {\clqq}Autoevaluace a evaluace pedagogického sboru v práci manažera školy`` shrnuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti evaluace a autoevaluace školy se zaměřením na hodnocení učitelů prováděné na školách různými subjekty. Empirická část práce se zabývá analýzou vztahů mezi hodnocením různých aspektů pedagogické práce učitelů prováděným třemi skupinami respondentů: žáky, učiteli a manažery škol. Argumentace analýzy vychází ze stanovení dílčích výzkumných otázek a hypotéz, jejichž platnost byla ověřována metodou mnohonásobného porovnávání Fisherovým LSD testem. Autorka práce se zaměřila na jasné a přehledné zpracování poznatků tak, aby byly využitelné nejen pro praktické použití v práci manažerů škol, ale i pro případné další zájemce o problematiku hodnocení práce učitelů na školách.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis {\clqq}Self Evaluation And Evalution Of Pedagogical Staff In Work Of School Manager`` summarizes theoretical knowledge in the field of school evaluation and self-evaluation with the focus on the evaluation of teachers carried out by different participants. The empirical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the relationships between evaluation of different aspects of teachers´ pedagogical work realised by three groups of respondents: pupils, teachers and school managers. The procedure of the actual research was based on setting particular questions and hypotheses, the validity of which was then repeatedly verefied by means of Fisher´s LSD test. The autor´s aim was to provide with systematic interpretation of the research data so that they could be used in the field by school managers as well as other professionals, who may be interested in the matters of teachers´ work´s evaluation.
