Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit nástroj, který dokáže systematickou analýzou sekvencí odhalit sekvenční vzory, které se vyskytují v blízkém okolí G-kvadruplexů častěji než v jiných sekvencích, a poté s jeho pomocí analyzovat tyto vzory u některých druhů rostlin. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a tool that can systematically analyze sequences to detect sequence patterns that occur in the vicinity of G-quadruplexes more often than in other sequences, and then use it to analyze these patterns in some plant species.
