Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na alternativní tresty v České republice, konkrétně na trest domácího vězení. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí – z části teoretické a části praktické. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on alternative punishments in the Czech Republic more specifically on home arrest. The thesis is made of two main parts – the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I mainly write about alternative punishments and I focus the most on home arrest punishment, its history, conditions for its sentencing, and its execution.
