Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací mezi ošetřujícím personálem a pacienty s neurogenními poruchami komunikace. Práce je rozčleněna do čtyř kapitol. První tři jsou teoretické, poslední empirická. Teoretická část práce přibližuje pojem a význam komunikace, objasňuje a vysvětluje termín neurogenní poruchy komunikace a podrobně se zabývá poruchou afázie. Praktickou část tvoří vlastní výzkumné šetření. Při jeho realizaci byla uplatněna kvantitativní i kvalitativní metoda výzkumu. Bylo provedeno anketní šetření ve dvou léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných, zpracovány případové studie tří pacientů a realizováno několik rozhovorů s pacienty s narušenou komunikační schopností i ošetřujícím personálem.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with communication between medical staff and patients with neurogenic communication disorders. The work is divided into four chapters. The first three are theoretical and the last one is empirical. The theoretical part of this work shows us the concept and importance of communication, clarifies and explains the term neurogenic communication disorders and deal in detail with aphasia disorder. The practical part consists own research. In its implementation has been applied to both quantitative and qualitative research method. There was a survey carried out in two hospitals for long-term care patients, the case studies for 3 patients took place and several interviews with patients with impaired communication skills and nursing staff were done.
