Fitness training to visually handicapped people /beginners/
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na cvičení se zrakově handicapovanými lidmi. Vychází se z teoretické části pro cvičení ve fitness zdravých jedinců a s jeho pomocí se v praxi aplikuje soubor jednotlivých cviků ve cvičební program. Je zde zpracována metodiky jednotlivých cviků a jejich specifika pro zrakově postižené jedince.
Abstract:
The work is aimed at the visually handicapped in exercising humans. Based on the theoretical part of fitness training for healthy subjects and use it in practice applied to each set of exercises in an exercise program. There is a methodology developed various exercises and their specific features for visually impaired individuals.
