Work deals with the transition, movement and transfer of securities. The first chapter focuses on the basic concepts in relation to securities. The second chapter discusses the transition, relocation and transfer of securities with an emphasis on the transfer of shares, bonds, bill of exchange, and the free transfer of worthless securities to the National Property Fund. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá prechodom, presunom a prevodom cenných papierov. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na základné pojmy v súvislosti s cennými papiermi. Druhá kapitola rozoberá prechod, presun a prevod cenných papierov s dôrazom na prevod akcií, dlhopisov, zmeniek a na bezodplatný prevod bezcenných cenných papierov na Fond národného majetku.
