Abstract:
Práce analyzuje právní úpravu nakládání s odpady se zaměřením na odpady nebezpečné. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a instituty v rozsahu nezbytném pro tuto práci. Zvláštní pozornost je přitom věnována pojmu odpad. The thesis analyzes the legal regulation of waste treatment focusing on hazardous waste. The thesis is divided into two parts. Basic concepts and definitions are defined in the first part of the thesis to the extent necessary for this thesis. Special attention is paid to the concept of waste.
