KINEMATICS ANALYSIS OF HIGH JUMP SPORT TECHNIQUE: A CASE STUDY

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme problematikou kinematické analýzy techniky skoku do výšky vrcholového atleta, člena atletického oddílu AK Olomouc s osobním rekordem 210cm. Cílem práce je rozebrat a popsat technické parametry v provedení skoku technikou Fosburyho Flopu, zjištěné u tohoto konkrétního skokana a porovnat je s obecně definovanou technikou, uváděnou v odborných studiích. Pro 3D rovinnou analýzu byly použity 2 digitální kamery Panasonic NV-MX500EG. Rychlost závěrky kamery byla nastavena na 1/500 s. Úhel mezi optickými osami kamer byl nastaven na cca 90°. Digitalizace záznamu byla provedena s použitím softwaru SIMI MOTION. Výsledky této studie nám umožní popsat odchylky mezi kinematickými parametry provedení skoku objektu a obecně definovanou technikou v odborné literatuře. Na základě těchto odchylek budou navrženy takové změny do tréninku skokana, které povedou k zlepšení jeho sportovní techniky. Po zpracování výsledků doporučujeme, aby se atlet v dalším tréninku zaměřil na stabilizaci posledních tří kroků před odrazem a na dynamice odrazové fáze provedené v plném rozsahu pohybu.

Abstract:

This study deals with the issue of kinematic analysis technique of a top high jumper, a member of the athletic club AK Olomouc with personal record of 210 cm. The aim is to analyse and describe the technical performance parameters in the jump technique Fosbury?s flop, found for this particular jumper and compare them to the generally defined technique, reported in scientific studies. For 3D planar analysis were used 2 digital cameras Panasonic NV ? MX500EG. Shutter speed camera was set to 1/500s. The angle between the optical axes of the cameras was set to ca 90°. Digitization of the recording was performed using the software SIMI MOTION. The results of this study will allow us to describe the differences between kinematic parameters of the design object and the jump techniques generally defined in the specialized publications. Based on these variations, such changes in jumper?s training will be suggested that it will lead to improvment of his sports technique. After evaluating the results is recommended that athlete in another training focused on the stabilization of the last three steps before reflection and the dynamics of phase of reflection made to the full range of motion.
