Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje diagnostice plazmatu buzeného impulsním mikrovlnným výkonem (100kW ve 2,25 µs pulzu) ve třech plynech. Byla provedena emisní spektroskopie s vysokým časovým rozlišením ve velmi krátkém čase pomocí spektrometru vybaveného intenzifikovaným CCD. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the diagnosis of plasma aroused by microwave power (100 kW in 2,25 µs pulse) in three gasses. An emission spectroscopy with high time resolution was carried out in a very short time period using a spectrometer equipped with intensified CCD.
