Abstract:
Cílem rigorózní práce nazvané Autorizovaný inspektor – kritická analýza ustanovení § 117 stavebního zákona a judikaturních závěrů je rozbor právní úpravy činnosti autorizovaného inspektora ve vztahu ke vzniku práva provést stavbu. Abstract:
The aim of the paper called Approved inspector – critical analysis of Section 117 of the Building Act and conclusions of the case law is an analysis of the legal regulations of the approved inspectors acting in respect to arising of a right to build.
