Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na problematiku nevolnosti a zvracení vyvolaných emetogenní chemoterapií (chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting; CINV). Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the issues of nausea and vomiting induced by emetogenic chemotherapy (chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting; CINV). The work deals with the pathology of CINV origins, its classification into individual types, risk factors influencing the occurrence of these ailments, and last but not least antiemetic prophylaxis.
