Čtverzubec fugu - nebezpečná delikatesa

Fugu - dangerous titbit
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s rybou zvanou čtverzubec fugu (Takifugu). Pojednává o taxonomickém zařazení, historickém výskytu, charakteristice a využití v současnosti člověkem. Dále se zaměřuje na toxicitu, zosobněnou tetrodotoxinem, jeho účinky na lidský organizmus a možnou syntézu. V poslední části je zaměřena na gastronomii spjatou s fugu.
Abstract:
Destination of this bachelor thesis is introducing with fish called Takifugu. Deals about taxonomy, historical appaerance, characteristics and use by human today. Next deals toxicity, personify as tetrodotoxin, his effect of influence to human organism and possible synthesis. In the last part is gastronomy connected with fugu.
