Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit hladinu matrixové metaloproteinázy-2 a matrixové metaloproteinázy-9 metodou želatinové zymografie u pacientů s ischemickou chorobou srdeční, kteří podstoupili implantaci koronárních stentů pomocí perkutánní koronární intervence, se zaměřením na sledování dynamiky hladin těchto enzymů. The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 by gelatin zymography in patients with coronary artery disease who have undergone coronary stent implantation using percutaneous coronary intervention, focusing on the dynamics of these enzymes after intervention.
