Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou důkazního břemena v případě mezinárodní kupní smlouvy. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of burden of proof in international sale contract. It analyses character of rules determining burden of proof and law appli-cable according to the conflict-of-law rules contained in Article 18 Rome I Regulation.
