Práce je zaměřena na zdravotní politiku a plány krajů. Jejím cílem je analýza vlivu realizace zdravotních plánů a programu "zdraví 21" ve vybraných krajích České republiky. První část práce se věnuje implementaci zdravotní politiky, charakteristice vybraných krajů a vymezení sledovaných ukazatelů. This thesis is focused on health policy and health regionals programs. The goal of the thesis is analysis of effect of realization health programs and "health 21" in selected regions of the Czech Republic.
